Caterina Oproiu

Communications Officer

As EPG’s Communications Officer, Caterina is responsible with coordinating the dissemination of EPG publications, and messages in all its public formats. This entails keeping in touch with various stakeholders, contributing to events organisation, assuring that EPG’s visual identity is upheld, generating day-to-day graphic design deliverables, interacting on the official social media platforms, managing the website, and supporting researchers in emphasising pertinent messages and target audiences. 

She graduated from the University of Bucharest with a bachelor’s degree in political science and an MA in international public affairs. In 2024, she completed an executive course on Policy Communication masterfully organised by the European University Institute. 

Before joining EPG, Caterina had worked in communications roles, both within the NGO sector and the Romanian Parliament.
