Aimé Boscq

Associate

Aime is currently a project manager focused on the ground-mounted PV market segment at Enerplan, the French association of solar energy professionals. His missions include lobbying vis-à-vis political stakeholders (ministries, regulators, local authorities etc.) on the regulatory framework and support schemes concerning solar PV in France, representing the solar PV industry in talks with grid operators to facilitate and manage the system integration of renewables, anticipating sources of local oppositions to PV projects as well as organising large-scale annual events and regular roundtables for PV professionals.

On an academic level, he graduated from the International Energy Master’s degree of Sciences Po’s Paris School of International Affairs. This programme included two six-month-long internships, one mandatory at Enerplan focused on analyzing the implications of the Clean Energy Package on the French solar industry, and the other voluntary within the public affairs department of Engie’s BtoC business unit. Aime also holds a bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po’s Dijon campus, specialized on Central and Eastern European affairs, which included a year-long Erasmus exchange at Prague’s Charles University.
