EPG’s regional focus is Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Basin. Its analyses, though, are informed by wider trends and processes at global and EU levels.

In our projects, EPG has taken an open, firm and consequent stance in favour of the clean energy transition, advocating for a coal-exit strategy in Romania, for regulations favourable to energy efficiency, digitalization and prosumers, as well as for smart energy-climate planning, aligned with the EU policies and long-term goals.
